I saw mommy eating baby kale
Underneath the pasta tree last night
First the watercress turned red
Then the Micro Greens played dead
But the Truffles joined the taters dug a hole then poked their head
Then I saw mommy dancing with a log
Full of baby mushrooms Shi-tak-ii
Then the Cara-Cara’s peeled
While the Mangosteen revealed
When all the planet’s taste buds quickly became unconcealed
Then I saw mommy flying ‘round the globe
Making every harvest fresh and bright
The bounty fed us all
And you could hear her call
